Ancillary Instructions

Fill out the Request Sample Acquisition &/or Cruise Participation form.

Please fill out the form completely and provide as much detailed information as possible.

We require at least two months advance notification.

After the application has been submitted, you will receive a confirmation message that it was send successfully.

After we review your application, you will receive an e-mail from Dan Sadler with further instructions.

Ancillary projects need to be indepedent with respect to supplies and equipment. HOT does not supply consumables or equipment.

*If you are planning on shipping any gear, please e-mail Dan Sadler and Blake Watkins (HOT cruise shipment coordinator) with a description of what you plan to ship and information for tracking your shipment (tracking numbers, arrival date, number of boxes shipped, etc.). Note that we require delivery of all packages one week prior to departure.
