Narrative:

HOT-4 was the first cruise on the SSP KAIMALINO. The cruise was
initially delayed for one day because the electric current required to
start the hydrographic winch was more than the KAIMALINO's breaker-box
could supply. The self-starter on the winch was eventually bypassed,
and the rest of the cruise was nominal.
