Ancillary Instructions

Fill out the Request Sample Acquisition &/or Cruise Participation form.

We require at least two months advance notification.

After the application has been submitted, you will receive a confirmation message that it was send successfully.

After the application is reviewed, you will receive an e-mail from Eric Grabowski with further instructions.

Please keep in mind that all ancillary investigators are to be as indepedent as possible with respect to supplies and equipment. The HOT program does not supply consumables and equipment unless otherwise stated.

*If you are planning on shipping any gear, please e-mail the chief scientist and Blake Watkins (HOT cruise shipment coordinator) with the tracking numbers, expected arrival date and the amount of boxes shipped. Once delivery has been accepted, Blake will e-mail you and the chief scientist about receipt of package. Note that we require delivery of all packages one week prior to departure.
